De-Escalation Techniques

Participants will be provided information and steps on de-escalating potentially volatile situations and customers. Information on how to idenitfy anger ques, causes of anger, and managing customer anger, and self during these episodes, will be offered for prevention and safety purposes. Finally, after an angry customer situation has occurred, the post next stages and debriefing staff will be discussed to better prepare staff for mastering possible future concerns.
