Teaching is a rewarding but demanding profession, and stress can take a toll on both educators and students. This fun and engaging session provides opportunities for teachers to explore the realities of stress, its impact on well-being, and the ripple effects it creates in the classroom. Through interactive activities and meaningful discussions, participants will gain a deeper understanding of resilience and discover practical, research-based strategies to strengthen their well-being. Educators will walk away with actionable tools to navigate challenges with confidence, including insights from the Devereux Adult Resilience Survey (DARS), a powerful reflective tool designed to help adults assess and build their personal resilience. Join us to cultivate a more balanced, fulfilling, and resilient teaching experience!
