We face many challenges in public education today, from sustaining continuous improvement efforts to understanding and addressing student behavior to implementing the use of AI and best instructional practices in our classrooms. Now more than ever we need leaders at all levels of our schools to help address these challenges. Teachers who are interested in or who are already serving in a leadership role within their school are invited to join us to explore the 4 different roles of effective leaders and the 21 responsibilities we can use to strengthen the leadership in our schools. Participants will identify their leadership strengths and ways to leverage these strengths to continue to improve their school.
