Functional Replacement Behaviors (Writing Strong Behavior Intervention Plans)

Participants will learn about Function Based Thinking and how to choose functional replacement behaviors. Functional replacement behaviors are socially acceptable behaviors that serve the same function as an identified problem behavior. Participants will walk away with tools to choose functional replacement behaviors for Behavior Intervention plans and implementation within the school day.
